Our Story
Between Tracy and Danny, we’ve got about 25 years of experience in the industry. Tracy began in the financial side as a mortgage broker in the early 80’s. Around 2011 after the recession, she began working with custom home builders across the country on their marketing strategies. In 2017, Tracy decided to create her own brand, helping home owners navigate their remodeling experience.
When her family started to expand and grandchildren came, she realized she’d like to stay closer to home. She has always had an eye for design and decided to help people build their dream homes through remodeling.
Danny’s journey began as an installer in the industry. As he progressed to a sales manager he realized his passion for working with people and providing the services and support they needed. From top to bottom, Danny knows his way around a remodel. When Danny and Tracy met, they knew they had to work together!
Together they joined forces, having met while working with the same remodeling company. They realized the issues in the industry and wanted to do things differently, creating a more positive experience for their clients. PMR quickly became a family operation as everyone took on the roles that best suited their skill sets. Today, our dedicated team consists of project managers, designers, marketing specialists, and laborers. With all of our combined expertise, passion and drive for creating a customized client experience, we strive to deliver fantastic results, every time.

Meet Tracy! (Sales)
Since 2011 Tracy has been working closely with home owners of all kinds. Whether you're a budget conscious investor, planning a commercial build-out, or a generational home owner looking to update and refresh your forever home- Tracy can help bring your vision board goals to life! Her favorite projects are designing brand new kitchens & bathrooms. Tracy is THE design genius!
With her vast knowledge of the industry, she prides herself on being an excellent problem solver and an ally to anyone who is purchasing, building, designing or investing in their home.
When Tracy isn't at work helping others make their dreams come true she is busy living out her own - spending time with her beautiful family. Between her three adult daughters, four grandchildren, her life partner Peter and her four legged furry son Murphy, life stays very busy!
Meet Danny! (Sales)
Danny has been in the remodeling industry since 2006, passionate about transforming spaces and creating dream homes. He calls Paola, Kansas, his home, and he attended Johnson County Community College to further enhance his expertise.
Outside of remodeling, Danny's life revolves around his beautiful family. He is a proud parent of three amazing kids, with one boy and two girls. When he's not working on exciting projects, you'll likely find him outdoors, enjoying his favorite hobbies like golfing, fishing and camping.
Danny's expertise is exterior remodels - if you have siding, window or roofing needs, he's your guy! Danny truly believes in delivering excellence in every project and looks forward to helping make your home dreams a reality!

Meet Katie! (Marketing)
Katie has been a sales and marketing professional for 12 years. In her work life, she is very passionate about both helping the business showcase their excellent work and helping bring that material to customers in a meaningful way.
When she isn't on the job, Katie can typically be found nurturing plants, spending time with her life partner Alex, and her beloved pitbull companion, Layla. They enjoy growing their own small family business, teaching sustainable practices to farmers worldwide.

Meet Peter! (Project Manager)
Peter had a 30 year career in commercial banking, where he gained experience in financial analysis, new business development, assembling talent to build commercial teams, and the management of those teams. His experience provided him with the listening skills and attention to detail that he uses today in his role as Project Manager.
Peter grew up in Pennsylvania along with 10 brothers and sisters. His career took him initially to Phoenix, AZ, then to Kansas City where he arrived in 1993. He has two daughters, and two grandsons. When he is not working, Peter can be found playing golf at Milburn with his life partner Tracy, at home playing his guitar, or at the park with their golden doodle, Murphy!
